Respect
You or your child's personal beliefs and values will be respected to ensure satisfactory treatment.
Quality
You or your child has the right to quality professional medical care.
Fairness
You or your child has the right to equal access to medical care services, without any discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, social status or nationality.
Privacy
You or your child has the right to demand protection of personal privacy.
Freedom
You or your child has the right not to be subject to non-medical restrictions or isolation.
Information
You or your child has the right to gain full access to medical information, including that on diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, other treatments and possible complications.
Informing
Unless there is an emergency, the physician must give a detailed explanation to you or your child and obtain your written "informed consent" before performing any invasive examination, treatment or surgery.
Decision
You or your child has the right to decide, with the assistance of our medical staff, on medical treatment.
Advance Directive
You or your child has the right to claim an “advance directive” (a statement prepared beforehand about your medical decisions whenever it is needed) or assign a third party to make medical decisions for you.
Declinature
You or your child has the right to refuse any medication, treatment, examination or surgery; however, the physician is obliged to inform you or your child of the possible medical consequences of the rejection.
