The Division focuses on the treatment of pediatric asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, congenital immunodeficiency, autoimmune disorders, lupus erythematosus, and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. We use hyposensitization therapy to change the allergic constitution of patients: first identify the allergens of the patients, then develop the hyposensitization drug according to individual allergens, and carry out hyposensitization therapy for allergic diseases. This method works best especially against allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis, and other allergic reactions of the upper respiratory tract in children (or adults). We also provide health education for the removal of high risk environmental factors, so that patients can avoid developing chronic allergic disorders and further improve their quality of life. Our pediatric laboratory of allergy and molecular immunology can diagnose a variety of congenital immunodeficiency disorders.
